1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and King99 ("Platform", "We"). 8 Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing account login credentials with another individual

9 Account Closure and Suspension

King99 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in this document
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
• Failure to verify identity within the stipulated timeframe
• Voluntary account closure request by the member
• Member found to be under 18 years of age

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the king99 support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned to the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe once all withdrawal conditions have been met.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, king99 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance until the investigation is concluded. Funds involved in fraudulent activity will not be returned.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Responsible Gaming
